Terms and Conditions

1. To retrieve tickets later, please use the same mobile number

2. Management reserves the right to change the timings as per the need

3. Reach the Entry Gates at least 45 minutes in advance to complete the check-in formalities

4. Late entries will NOT be adjusted in any other schedule

5. Children above 12 years of age require a full ticket

6. No return, No refund, No exchange

7. Teasing animals is a punishable offence

8. Polythenes, Tobacco products, inflammable and pets are not allowed inside the premises

9. In case of No-Show on the given time, the tickets will be considered cancelled and no refunds would be provided for it

10. Management reserves the right to cancel/ deny the entry if any of visitor is found using fake/forged ID cards. No refunds will be issued against such bookings. Additionally, under IPC Section 420/463/468, offenders may face a penalty or imprisonment upto 7 years, or both!
